It’s nearly time for Wyrd & Wonder! I suppose I better do the introduction if you haven’t met W&W before, Dear Reader. Wyrd & Wonder, meet the Dear Reader! Dear Reader, this is Wyrd and Wonder! It’s a month-long celebration of all things fantastical, with various readalongs, discussions, giveaways and shenanigans throughout the month.
I’m notoriously bad at keeping up with this kind of thing, but I thought I’d do a start-up post at the very least! And while I’m at it, why not take the opportunity for a giveaway?

I need to do some more post planning myself…!
I just found out about Wyrd & Wonder recently! I always say that I love fantasy books, but I never read enough of them. My challenge for this month will be to read some of the fantasy books I bought because they were so hyped up. Hopefully they live up to my expectations!
Here’s hoping! Anything in particular on your TBR?
I’m so excited for this event! And me too: I usually have a hard time keeping up with reading/blogging events, but I’ll try my best with this one.
I’m also hosting a giveaway for it. 😀
I’m so bad at it normally! But I’m doing better for this… though granted it’s only the 5th, heh.
Thanks for the giveaway 🙂 I have been on a fantasy slump for last few months so trying to read as many fantasy novels as I can this month.
Good luck! I hope you’ve got some good stuff lined up. 😀
I am watching Game of Thrones! Plus if I actually get around to reading anything it will be fantasy (right now all my free time is going into binge watching GOT I just started season 5)

I really should read the books! (TV is not really my thing.)
Thanks for hosting this giveaway! I’m loving Wyrd & Wonder, especially after missing out on it last year because I found out about it too late, so I’ve had a lot of fun reading, reviewing and talking about fantasy even more than I already do. I can feel myself going on a Juliet Marillier binge this month if I’m not careful!

Juliet Marillier is great! That would be a worthy binge. 😀
Lovely giveaway. For Wyrd and Wonder if read A Brightness Long Ago which was amazing and my first Guy Gavriel Kay book and also finished the Winnowing Flame trilogy by Jen Williams which I highly recommend.
I’ve also been hosting the Friday Face Off which for the month of May has been fantasy themes.
Lynn 😀
I need to get round to A Brightness Long Ago! Though I’m actually behind on GGK and haven’t read his last book either. Eek!
