This week’s Top Ten Tuesday theme is about covers, so here’s some I really love (even if the books don’t always live up to it!):
I can be kind of a sucker for a pretty cover, or a design that really catches my attention, like the butterfly on Natural Histories. (Click it to embiggen; it’s fascinating!)
It is kind of important how a cover looks. I see a cover, love the picture then browse it. Using a kindle can take that away.
Yeah, often when I buy a book on Kindle it’s one I’ve browsed before in a shop. Covers can be bewitching!
Great selection! The Lady Trent covers are lovely. =)

They really are; I’ve loved them (and the illustrations inside) since the first.
Heh, I won’t deny I picked up a copy of The Sin Eater’s Daughter solely based on the cover. I haven’t read it though, but I’ve seen some really mixed reviews.

I found it kind of riveting, but not that good, if that makes sense…
I like the covers for City of Stairs and Three Parts Dead…both make me curious about the story and both are already on the tbr! Nice list!
Not sure how you’ll like them, but the covers are awesome!
